The table below lists all of the houses that we rent and the date in which the current lease expires. Leases are generally for 12 months and renew for another year if notice is not given 60 days prior to the expiration date. We will begin showing during this 60 day period if the current tenant decides not to renew. From time to time we have tenants who wish to sublease and we post those opportunities as they become available.
